Rooby is a tax dashboard service provided by Kaizen Solutions UK ("we", "us", "our"). It connects to Xero accounting software to surface upcoming tax deadlines, estimated liabilities, and financial planning data for limited company directors.
By accessing Rooby you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Access is granted by your accountant at Kaizen Solutions UK. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at adam@kaizensolutionsuk.com.
Rooby provides estimates and projections based on data drawn from your Xero account. The figures shown are for planning purposes only and do not constitute formal tax advice, a filed return, or a confirmed HMRC liability.
You must always verify tax liabilities with your accountant before making payments. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of figures displayed in Rooby.
Rooby connects to Xero using OAuth 2.0. We access read-only financial data (profit & loss, balance sheet, VAT returns) from your connected Xero organisation. We do not write or modify any data in Xero.
Access tokens are stored securely and used only to retrieve your financial data for display in Rooby. You can revoke access at any time through Xero's connected apps settings.
You must not use Rooby to:
We aim to keep Rooby available but make no guarantee of continuous uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control, including Xero API outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen Solutions UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of Rooby, including but not limited to interest or penalties charged by HMRC.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rooby after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
